Janis Janulis apartments got me sucked on the same street just because the wonderful Janis Janulis Grk from the island of Corfu paid a lot of money to Serbia by donating its very valuable field that fed his poor family to the cemetery of the Serbian Army during World War I and in that way we want to show our gratitude to his work in memory of his mentioning more often.
J & J4 one of the 8 apartments in the offer are apartments in Vozdovac in the part of the beautiful forest park above the sports center Šumice, in a very new modern and luxurious new building, J & J 4 is with two separate bedrooms, a spacious spacious terrace and a garage. J & J apartments are located in a wooded environment outside the city’s beaches, the apartment J & J 4 accommodates 6 adults.
It is a very spacious, completely new and luxurious one bedroom apartment at a slightly longer distance from the center of Belgrade than it is with the majority of our offer. But we can certainly say that J & J apartments are without competition when considering the offer, the quality and the price . For sleeping, you have two bedrooms with double bed in the J & J 4 in the other with two single beds and in the living room a sofa bed for two people, the apartment can sleep six people in the arrangement 4 + 2. The bathroom is extremely modern with a spacious shower. In the end, there is a terrace that overlooks the quiet street and the greenery of the Šumica Park that stretches across the entire pasture of the former Pasin hill. The entier is not burdened with decorative details. Not far from the sports and recreation center Šumice, in a quiet Janis Janulis street, ŠUMICE apartment is quite a good choice for those who come by car, and again want lux for more than decent prices. So, if the center of Belgrade is not a priority, and comfort, the safety of a vehicle that has a secured garage with cameras and an excellent price / quality ratio then this is the right choice for you.
