The building, as well as the rest of the settlement, was built in 2009. It is located at beautiful part of New Belgrade, less than 10 minutes walking distance away from Savski kej, rich in clubs. Within the settlement is a large shopping mall – DELTA CITY, where it is possible to find contents for all ages and interests.
The apartment is designed as a larger studio apartment, with a separate kitchen and dining room. The living room is quite spacious, so it is organized in three parts: sleeping part, living room and dining area. From the living room area you can step out to the beautiful terrace where you can see the whole New Belgrade.
