Apartment Simeon is located in New Belgrade, on the move between the hotel Kontinental I Hotel IN and Belgrade Stark Arena, it is located exactly 200m from the entrance. In the newer building, built in 2004.
Simeon is truly a great apartment that meets all needs: besides being nicely decorated, impeccably maintained and fully equipped, with a separate bedroom, living room and terrace with spacious kitchen and nice bathroom, guests have free parking in front of the building.The building has an elevator.Garnitura in the living room is exhaustive, and on it can sleep two adults.
The environment is also phenomenal: Zoran Djindjic Boulevard has wide sidewalks, wood-carvings, many new buildings, and plenty of content. In front of the apartment there is a great Siesta cafe restaurant and across the street from the apartment there is a famous Viktorija station restaurant and the post office and several banks are a hundred meters away. The shopping center UŠĆE takes less than ten minutes of walking, as well as the Savski kej, and it is possible to reach the city center by a half-hour walk. Also, the tram and bus station are only a few minutes away from the apartments. For the Simeon apartment, it’s really hard to find a flaw, especially since the price is excellent in terms of what it offers.
